The product works very slow and not very responsive to the remote control. The user interface of Netflix is awful where you cannot browse like other Netflix app or web browser, the screen is fixed with a single movie or TV program as a suggestion and you cannot scroll down or up to browse around. All you can select is your list or search specific titles.
YouTube, otherwise, was ok to browse around, though the response is very slow – this is not dependent on the network bandwidth but the product itself has issues.
I found this product not usable so returned it to the seller for refund – in progress.
The delivery to Japan was fast – in a week, and the stores response has no issues.

I have purchased the product from other sellers and they have been shipped by one, that way, there is no problem for chili customs and I received the product by 100%.
