If you are a DDR5 motherboard, we only recommend that you use 2 RAM.
If you want to use 4 RAM at the same time, your frequency may be reduced.

They work perfectly as long as you configure the bios correctly, in my case, a gigabyte z790 gaming x ax activates the XMP profile and at first my computer was hung playing update the bios and improve a little, But it wasn’t until I got into the bios and touched the intel profile for the cpu that was in the extreme and I put it in performances so it was correctly for me without hangings.

7600 XMP did not boot. I’m using it as 6800 now, it’s possible it’s my CPU problem and it might be because I’m not used to ram over, so I’ll just use it.
I’m thinking of replacing it with a higher grade CPU later and testing it again.
The CPU in use now is 13700K and the mainboard is the GIBite z790 Ros Elite.
