The product looks good but it is to be installed… however even if superfluous a manual is missing

Although the package arrived well in advance of the expected, I noticed that a connector has inside the material that in fact does not allow the insertion of the socket (visible in the photo). It also looks like crystallized, in fact I tried to clean the interior but as you touch the plastic crumbles as if it were glass. I hope it is not used, or that I can compromise the PC just assembled. I’ll try it.
