Pigment is like a wet color pencil doesn’t blend. You have to rub the product onto skin like aggressively to get some pigment.

I use it for eyebrows AND my lash / waterline. 💖 ProTip: If you want it to look more natural, ALWAYS opt for at least 1-2 shade(s) lighter than your natural brow color. Trust me. I like the pencil a lot. The application is very smooth and applies nicely even when use less delicaly. I like how it gives the eyebrow a shadow and doesnt have a shiny effect. Leaving the eyebrow with a nice natural color that makes them look pretty natural. Though I do advise to be careful to no touch them as they may mess up.
