This is a great machine! So easy to use. I have been perfecting my recipes. What I appreciate most about it is that I can make ice cream/sorbet whenever I want to. The machine is always ready to go. I add my mix, turn it on and in 40 to 50 minutes, it beeps and goes into chill mode! Whoever designed it really thought about cleanup. Be careful not to fill it more than a little past half way as the ice cream expands and you don’t want it going above the insertable bucket. It makes the perfect amount for 4 servings which, for me is just right.
