Is NOT cut to the measurements stated. I ordered the biggest size to fit my size. I am 5’10” and have a 42F. The size was the order that I ordered BUT it is equivalent to a small to medium US. My 13 year old niece was able to wear it just right. She is 5’4”. The construction and material is very nice so that is why the stars are given.
